Gothic Street

I am happy to share my latest environment, created with the help of Dermott Burns during his Environment Art Masterclass in Unreal Engine. I wanted to try something new, and in this case, a Gothic inspired enviornment with inspiration from numerous Gothic Media. Weekly feedback sessions from Dermott were a great learning curve, helping me to form the environment into what it is now.

Models were made in Blender, textured in Substance Painter and materials such as brick and cobbled stones were created within Substance Designer. Furthermore, custom-made materials were used in the engine to add extra details to the buildings. These were made with assets from FAB to add further detail to the base materials by using the height map and vertex painting.
